Use your customer log in to access the Customer Portal. The Customer Portal can be used to create, update or check the status of Support cases.
If you do not have a customer login for the portal, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will supply you with credentials.
Remote Support Access
Click the button below to access our remote support website. Your MTG Support Technician will provide you with a 5-digit number. Enter that number on the page and click the arrow. You will be prompted to download and run an application.
This application will temporarily share your screen with the technician, so we’ll be able to see what you see and provide the best service experience possible.
