Use your customer log in to access the Customer Portal. The Customer Portal can be used to create, update or check the status of Support cases.

If you do not have a customer login for the portal, email us at info@mainetechgroup.com and we will supply you with credentials.

Create Support Ticket by Email

When you email us at support@mainetechgroup.com, a support ticket will automatically be created. This is the fastest way to create a new support case. You can then check the status of your ticket through the Customer Portal.

Download Support Module

Click the Support button to download the support module. Once downloaded, run and give the 9-digit ID code and password to your MTG Support Technician.

The MTG Support module is a one-time-use TeamViewer application that will allow your technician direct access to your desktop to provide the best service experience possible.
