Meet Our Team:
Scott MacDonald
CEO/Founder

Scott graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tennessee Temple University in Chattanooga, Tennessee. With 20 years of extensive experience in the IT and Technology industry, Scott has taken an instrumental role in some of the most complex technological installations in the US. From 2005 until 2010, Scott was President and Owner of e-Production Group in Chicago, Illinois. While there, he worked closely with Fortune 1000 corporations to identify costly profit losses and security exposure with regards to their data infrastructure.
In August 2010, Scott relocated with his children to Central Maine. He quickly saw a need for Maine businesses to have access to cutting-edge technology and IT solutions. He immediately identified a way to help add profit to the bottom line of most companies by correctly integrating technology, even in a slowed economy. His ability to understand the complexities of document management and business process automation, as well as the assessment of existing IT infrastructure within various industries, make him a very valuable asset for any company.
Scott currently serves in several capacities for several organizations in the State of Maine including Vice Chair of the Maine is IT Advisory Board, on the New Membership Committee and Ambassador for Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce, New Membership Committee, Ambassador and Marketing Committee for Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce and is part of the Business Growth Services initiative for the Manufacturing Association of Maine.
Scott currently resides in Belgrade with his wife Janna and their children.
Jon Perkins
Executive Vice President

Jon comes to MTG with a very deep business development and operational background. Having graduated from University of Maine at Augusta with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration, he is currently scheduled to graduate with his MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. Jon brings over 22 years of diverse background in IT and management. His experience includes complex project management, sales, business development, budgeting, marketing, and executive management.
Jon joins MTG having most recently working for Fairpoint Communications. Having been born and raised in Maine on a dairy farm, Jon possesses a strong work ethic and a sincere desire to establish long term relationships with the businesses that work hard to make Maine a great place to live and work. Jon has served his local community in many areas including working in Belgrade on the budget committee as well as serving on the United Way board in Southern Kennebec Valley.
Jon, his wife Diane, and their 2 children live in Belgrade.

Greg Gagnon
Senior Network Project Engineer

Greg graduated from Lawrence High School with a goal of continuing his education in marine science while maintaining his growing interest in computers. He received a degree from the University of Connecticut in Coastal Studies and returned home to find work. Through several different part-time and seasonal jobs, he discovered he had a knack for customer service. Looking to leverage that new skill with his existing love of technology, he decided to return to school and enrolled in the Applied Electronics and Computer Technology program at Kennebec Valley Community College. Being described as “one of the brightest students to ever come through the program,” Greg came to work for Maine Technology Group a few weeks before receiving his diploma. Greg’s passion for technology and customer service has been proudly embraced at MTG as he helps us continue to set the standard for excellence in the industry.
Martin Mann
NOC Engineer Level ll

Martin is a graduate from Bucksport High School, who joined the United States Army right after graduating high school. While in the Army, the Desert Storm Veteran worked in Radio/Satellite Communications with his last duty station being in Stuttgart Germany, HQ EUCOM. Four years later, Martin returned back home to Maine. Shortly after returning, he entered the Paper Making Industry, in back in his home town of Bucksport. While working 21 Years there in the Paper Industry, Martin received his Bachelors from Husson University in Management Information Systems in 2005. With the down turn of the paper industry, Martin returned to school to freshen up his skills in Computer Technology and attended Kennebec Valley Community College with an A.S. in Applied Electronics and Computer Technology in May 2017.
Enthusiastic about Maine Technology Group’s company vision, Martin started working for Maine Technology Group following graduation from Kennebec Valley Community College.
Martin currently resides in Pittsfield with his wife Brenda, their pets. During Martin’s time away from work, he and his wife can be seen indulging in one of Maine’s many excellent culinary delights or hiking along scenic trails near the coast or in the mountains.

Bryan "Leonard" Deleonard
NOC Engineer Level ll

Leonard comes to MTG with over 10 years of computer and network experience. While it started as a hobby, he eventually wanted to get “serious” about the IT field and graduated from KVCC in 2014. Computers have been a passion of his since he can remember and his enthusiasm definitely shows when he’s working with a customer. If you get a chance to ask him, he’ll tell you that he loves solving puzzles and there’s no bigger puzzle than a man and machine!
Leonard lives in Waterville with his wife Kristen and his three kids. When Leonard isn’t working on things technology related, he is spending his time with his family!

Sean Conerly
Business Development Manager

Sean Conerly is a graduate of Union Graduate College '12 with a Masters in Business Administration focused in Finance and Marketing. He brings work experience from AYCO - Goldman Sachs, Union College (where he is also an alum '10), Rennselaer Polytechnic Institute and Colby College.
He now resides in Waterville, ME with his fiancé, Mykayla Shaw and their adorable pup, Breesy. Sean is also an active member of the local Waterville community serving on multiple committees in the area.
Jade Parker
Project Manager/Office Manager

Jade was born and raised in Maine.
She comes to MTG with outstanding customer experience along with passion and drive for success. Jade possess a strong work ethic and is passionate about building long term business relationships.
Jade resides in Oakland with her son Westyn.

Donte Lowndes
NOC Engineer

Donte Lowndes was born in Sand Diego, California, raised in Maine. He initially desired to be a lawyer, but quickly learned that IT was where he wanted a career. Being able to solve most issues that arose with home computers and internet, he studied IT while in high school at Lewiston Regional Technical Center. While studying IT at LRTC as well as in college, he worked for some small IT businesses. In Donte’s free time, he volunteers at his church, Vineyard Christian Fellowship of Mechanic Falls, Maine and enjoys traveling with his wife and friends, and spending time with family.
Jim Keithan
NOC Engineer

Jim grew up in the Skowhegan area and graduated from Carrabec High School. He joined the Navy and went to 1.5 years of advanced electronics training. While stationed on the USS America he fixed mainframe computers and PC’s. He then went on to get his BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Saint Leo’s University. He also got his Microsoft Certifications (MCSE for Windows NT,2K,+2K3) over several months. From the Navy Jim went on to teach MCSE classes at several local colleges before landing a job as the IT Manager at Norfolk International Airport in Virginia.
For family reasons and a strong desire to be home in Maine, he moved back about 6 years ago, to help his mother and be closer to his daughter. Jim stepped away from IT for a while to work at Togus in Augusta helping veterans and their families understand and enroll for benefits. Although he loved helping fellow veterans, he decided to get back into IT work.
Jim was recently hired on here on July 5th looking to be part of a team to assist local Maine companies with there IT needs. The team here is a close-knit group of guys that make it feel like a family. Jim looks forward to growing with the MTG team.
Seth Rogers
Network Engineer Manager

Seth’s career in IT started nearly 30 years ago at The Computer Department, run by his family. Later, he went to Central Maine Newspapers, working briefly in Customer Service then moving on to Advertising. In 2003 he started working with a locally-based retailer doing a 50/50 split of Marketing and IT support. This combination of creativity and technical know-how is Seth's strength, allowing him a unique perspective to finding solutions to a variety of issues.
His work in IT and operations allow him to bring a breadth of experience to the company. Seth believes that the customer comes first and he will work hard to ensure you are satisfied with the solutions and the service you receive from Maine Technology Group. In 2015 he became Vice President of Technical Services as well as received the Customer Service Stardom award from the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce.
